John Driver kicks off a new series, Set Your Mind, by exploring the cynicism towards starting over that many of us experience when we become of “New Years Grinches,” missing the love-filled, shame-removing invitations of Scripture to “zoom out” of one way of thinking and to “zoom in” again and again on that which offers us true life within, even if we’ve once experienced it and have drifted into negative places.
