Technical / Sound Director (Part Time)

Dane has been a part of The Church At Pleasant Grove since he was knee-high to a grasshopper… not a real grasshopper, but rather, his old Uncle Grasshopper from Arkansas, who was short and strangely shaped like a grasshopper. It’s a dubious family legacy that we try not to talk about (mission accomplished). A prolific guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter, Dane has founded, led, or played with multiple signed and award-winning bands, including Skyhook, Loyals, Disciple, and most recently, Honor and Glory. 

A brilliant musical mind both on the stage and back in the booth, Dane loves it when we attempt to control him and put him into a box by trying to ascertain his Enneagram Type… but we know what it is, Dane. We know. When he’s not traveling for music, writing, or recording, Dane loves spending time with his wife, Emily, and their two sons, Wyatt and Jack.
